How to re-wax your Barbour wax jacket: 1. First clean your jacket with cold water and a cloth, and let it dry. 2. You will need a pan/pot with hot water, and a soft cloth or sponge. 3. Choose a warm room or outside on a warm day in the shade. 4. Place the tin in the hot water until the wax is melted (becomes transparent). 5. Work the wax thoroughly into the fabric, using the cloth or sponge. 6. Pay attention to seams, creases, and dry spots. 7. Rub in thoroughly, don't just paint it on. 8. Do not use excess wax. 9. For a factory finish, blow evenly with a hairdryer. 10. Hang the jacket to dry overnight in a warm place.
